At NMEA we also have a boardroom and a small meeting room for hire. Our boardroom is capable of seating up to twelve individuals and is available for a full day at £40 +VAT or a half day at £25 +VAT. Our small meeting room is capable of seating up to six individuals and is available for a full day at £30 +VAT or a half day at £20 +VAT.
The rates for The Joe Magill Suite, Conference Room 2 and Conference Room 3 all include the use of a Data Projector, Screen and Flip Charts and every room available within NMEA are all Wi-Fi enabled. Sandwiches and Lunch can also be provided; for the menu and pricing details please contact us. Refreshments are also provided at additional charges:
- Tea/Coffee – £0.75 per person.
- Tea/Coffee/Biscuits – £1.25 per person.
- Tea/Coffee/Scones – £1.50 per person.
All bookings can be made via telephone, email or by simply visiting our reception. A 50% cancellation fee will apply if a booking is cancelled less than 48hrs prior to the event.
