All of our conference rooms are available to hire for half day and full day. At WIN we offer smart and professional business meeting space with free onsite parking. Our rates include the use of a Data Projector, Screen and Flip Charts and Super-fast Broadband. All room layouts are customisable and can be changed to suit your meeting purpose as well as being bright and airy with excellent environmental controls. There is an onsite café which serves lunches, coffees, teas and soft drinks. Alternatively sandwiches and lunch can be delivered directly to the rooms (for menus and pricing please contact us). In a meeting refreshments can be laid on at the following prices:
- Tea/Coffee – £1.00 per person.
- Tea/Coffee/Biscuits – £1.50 per person.
- Tea/Coffee/Scones – £2.50 per person.
- Tea/Coffee/Sandwiches – £4.50 per person.
All bookings can be made via our website, or by telephone, email or by visiting our main reception at WIN Business Park Newry. A 50% cancellation fee will apply if a booking is cancelled less than 48hrs prior to the event.
